Immediately after the launch of the first version of the system, we discovered that the company had shortcomings in the invoicing of work performed. For the same amount of work, turnover increased by a remarkable 20 percent month-on-month.
The client requested to import all the history from the existing system. Due to the missing links in the data, the live operation of Navigo3 was preceded by a demanding data preparation and import bridge programming.
Immediately after the launch of the basic system in 2012, the first staff training took place. Already during the test run we imported the most important data from the previously used system.
