Our team

Born in Brno where he also studied mathematical informatics on Masaryk University. During his studies he founded his first company, graphic studio Omega design, in which visual styles of many notable companies were created. Later on he came up with an idea of creating a company and project management system for his own personal use which is nowadays under the brand Navigo3 being used by many czech and foreign companies. He dedicates his free time to the aviation sports, he also enjoys architecture and renovation of old houses.

Petr is the main visionary of the company, no creative idea is strange to him and he always has a good joke ready. (Even 30-hour long day would be too short for him.)

He comes from Koprivnica, studied information technology on Brno University of Technology. He worked as a programmer for many prestigious companies and is the main developer of Navigo3 system. He likes to read, ride a bike and he takes care of the children ´s upbringing. He founded a blog Dogsbodies and Exploiters, where he describes the management of a company from the viewpoint of an employee but also an employer with the humour which is characteristic for him.

He brings great ideas to Navigo not only in the software solution field but also in marketing and business. He has a gift for following tasks through to the successful ends and in the company he works similarly to the motherboard in a computer. (You will never short-circuit him with anything!)

She was born in Brno where she studied economy on Mendel University in Brno. She worked as a project manager and head of a department in Omega Design. In Navigo, she works as professional consultant. In her free time she likes to ride a bike, travel and read. She is one of those precious people, who can direct things and stay true to the course until the end. In the same spirit, she is not afraid of redirecting her boss as well. She is always happy to help, fulfills her promises and you can count on her every time. (Supposedly children should not be mentioned as a hobby but she is a great mom!)

She was born in Brno where she studied on business school. For almost twenty years she worked abroad, mostly in Greece on the position of account manager and trader. In Navigo she works as an office manager and she takes care of smooth operation of the company. She loves sports. In her free time she rides on a bike, skis and does rafting. She is fond of reading, cooking and she is interested in psychology. Her strengths are patience and calmness even when an organizational tsunami is rolling through the company. She throws the lifeline and does everything necessary just at the right time to make sure that managers and employees can function comfortably. (When you do not know, Pavla knows)

He comes from Lavičky, studied the field of information technologies in economics, worked as a game developer. In Navigo he has a position of programmer and IT technologies are a great hobby of his even outside of work. He also uses his skills for the charity projects of Haima organization. Some of his strengths are persistence and responsibility which are always present on any task. He never loses his head. (Try it!)
