First steps with Navigo

Test version

Are you considering using the Navigo3 company information system and want to try it out? Here you will find a brief guide on how to do this so that you can make a relevant decision on whether this business information system is right for you.

Step
1

Have a test version of the information system sent to you

Just click on Try Navigo on our website www.navigo3.com, fill in the simple form and wait for an email from us, you will usually receive it within a few minutes.

Step
2

You log in to Navigo from the email you received from us. You will be prompted to enter your password. Then log in to the system using the address created for you, which will have the following form: name.navigo3.com.

Please note – you will no longer log in to Navigo via the www.navigo3.com website, which was the first entry point for the trial version, but by entering the above address into your browser.

Step
3

View existing items

In the test version of Navigo you will find the individual tabs already filled in. You will see, for example, scheduled projects, contacts, users and many more. This is so you can easily see how Navigo works and try it out. You are free to interfere with these projects, add or change data. The test version is specially created for you to store your data.

Step
4

Try working with your own projects

If you want to try setting up your real projects and try working with them, you will need to fill in certain fields – for example, create a user, enter contacts, etc. In this case, follow the steps in this article.

Attention – projects you have created in the test version, even if for your company, will not be transferred to this version of Navigo!

Step
5

You have decided to use Navigo
