Approval

Navigo allows you to significantly simplify and speed up your company’s approval processes. It replaces the transmission of paper or electronic documents between the individual staff members who are competent to approve them.

Based on your requirements, our consultants will set up the sequence of your approval process, for example, the approval of a quotation or invoice. When the approval process is started for a document, each of the people responsible for approving the document receives a notification that they have to approve the document. Once a document or text is approved for a project, the person who has given the approval receives a notification.

If a document or text is not approved by any of the stakeholders, the whole process stops. Navigo has built-in mechanisms to prevent the possibility of bypassing the approval process; once approved, changes cannot be made to an attachment or text. At the time of approval, the approver may enter a comment and thus, for example, explicitly state the conditions under which they agree to the approval.

This feature is free to use, but requires the creation of a template for approval according to your individual requirements. This falls under the paid configuration, which is not a standard part of Navigo. In the case of approval of absences, the creation of a template is not necessary.
