Control of project progress

Navigo allows you to check the progress of a project at any time, from its inception as a business opportunity, through ordering and implementation, to its completion and invoicing. It facilitates project control by taking care of your work with comparison of various parameters in Excel spreadsheets, factual control of employees’ work, monitoring of deadlines and subcontracts.

For each project, you can use Navigo to check adherence to budget, deadlines and staff utilization. You get an overview of the costs spent on subcontracting and internal work. You receive information through various signals that the budget or project deadlines are at risk.

In Navigo you also have an overview of the invoicing and payment of the project or part of it.
