Navigo provides you with a range of data for HR and accounting departments, for example, the basis for calculating payroll, meal vouchers or holiday entitlement. You will also get an overview of the employee’s use of working time.
Navigo uses the information from your attendance system or from the Register of Arrivals and Departures, but even without it, it provides you with important data and works with information about the employee’s hours.
The ratio of reported work to the pool of working time will give the utilization. It is then possible to monitor whether this real utilisation corresponds to the utilisation set for a particular user. Absences and attendance in total show the working time.
