Financial planning of projects

Proper and accurate financial planning of projects is one of the foundations for their successful completion. Navigo allows the project to be financially planned at different levels of detail, taking into account the scope and complexity of the project.

For simple projects, you can only work with the total budget amount, even a simple plan like this will ensure that you can see how much of your planned budget you have already spent.

For more complex projects, you can use detailed financial planning for subcontracts and the cost of your own work. To plan the project in terms of finances, you can use planning with thermometers, cashflow or EVM charts. But even if you start planning a project in terms of time or structure, you will always automatically generate a financial plan, and vice versa.
