Employees and management were aware of the absence of a sophisticated information system and suspected that everything would be faster and smoother with it. Therefore, the management made very quick decisions. Within 14 days, Navigo3 was introduced, tested, launched and all users were trained. With this decisive step, the management brought clear order and set up processes not only on projects, but also on working with contacts, reporting hours worked and subsequent reporting. However, thanks to the pay-as-you-go model for Navigo, there was no need to invest in licenses and implementation.
