Navigo3 deployment in Geoconsult
The client requested to import all the history from the existing system. Due to the missing links in the data, the live operation of Navigo3 was preceded by extensive data preparation and import bridge programming.
After importing the entire order history, we arranged two user training dates with the customer. Each training session lasted about an hour and a half and was conducted in two parts. In the first part, we introduced all the participants to Navigo3 back office work and work reporting. In the second part, we were left with project managers with whom we went through the planning and evaluation of the contracts in detail.
