Our team

He was born in Brno, where he also graduated from Masaryk University with a degree in Mathematical Informatics. During his studies, he founded his first company, the graphic design studio Omega Design, where he created the visual styles of many major companies. Later, he came up with the idea to create a system for company and project management for his own purposes, which is currently used by many Czech and foreign companies under the Navigo3 brand. In his spare time he enjoys air sports, architecture and renovating old houses.

Petr is the company’s main visionary, he is no stranger to creative ideas and always has a good joke at hand. (Even a 30-hour day would be short for him.)

He comes from Kopřivnice, graduated in Informatics at the Brno University of Technology. He has worked as a programmer for a number of prestigious companies and is the lead developer of the Navigo3 system. He enjoys reading, cycling and raising his children. He published the book Shovels and Exploiters, in which he describes with his own humour the management of a company from the perspective of both the employee and the employer; this book was longlisted for the Magnesia Litera Award for 2023.

He brings great ideas to Navigo not only in terms of software solutions, but also marketing and business. He has a talent for bringing tasks to a successful conclusion and works in the company like a computer motherboard. (But you will never shake him or anything!)

She was born in Brno, where she also studied economics at Mendel University. She worked as a project manager and department manager at Omega Design. She is an expert consultant at Navigo. In her free time she enjoys cycling, travelling and reading. She is one of those rare people who can give direction to things and then stick to it to the end. In this spirit, she is not afraid to direct his boss. She is happy to help with everything, what she promises, she delivers and she is always reliable. (Apparently we’re not supposed to list children as a hobby. Otherwise, she’s a great mom!)

Markéta Foltynová comes from Karviná, she graduated in Management in Construction at the Brno University of Technology. She worked as a grant and technical specialist in the energy sector. At Navigo, she works as a trader and professional consultant. She works with absolute patience and calmness, she loves to talk to her clients and because every client is a little different, she always learns something new about them.

She loves nature, travelling and dogs, especially her cavalier Ronald. She plays handball, enjoys spending time with her friends (That’s why she’s almost always at work.)

She was born in Brno, where she graduated from the Business School. She worked abroad for almost twenty years, mostly in Greece as an account manager and salesperson. At Navigo, she is the office manager and ensures the smooth running of the company.

She loves sports and spends her free time cycling, skiing, and rafting. She enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, and has an interest in psychology. She excels in calmness and patience, even during organizational tsunamis. At the right moment, she throws a lifebuoy and does everything necessary so that both managers and employees can function comfortably. (When you don’t know, Pavla does!)

He was born in Nové Město na Moravě and graduated from the Technical University of Prague, majoring in Electronic Computers. Among other things, he worked for many years as a programmer and analyst for UNIS COMPUTERS. He works at Navigo as a technical consultant. He brings valuable experience in the development and implementation of large systems that can benefit all Navigo clients.

In his free time, he enjoys reading practically anything, whether it’s a social novel or fantasy. He likes folk and country music, and there’s a whisper in the office corridors that he can play the banjo. He is a lifelong optimist, and his colleagues appreciate that despite his vast expertise, he is open to discussion and doesn’t need to assert his views at all costs. (The whole Navigo team is looking for a way to clone Pavel).

She was born in Prague, studied Baltic studies at Masaryk University in Brno, worked in logistics and various economic positions. At Navigo, she focuses on customer support and care, and additionally, she is also a valuable member of the testing team. You can recognize her on the phone because she is always nice, friendly and helpful. And, of course, she will give you the right advice every time!

She has had a relationship with foreign languages since childhood, and although she claims to have forgotten them, you never know when she will speak to you in Finnish. It’s best not to present her with any reading material or logical puzzles if you don’t want to get rid of her, as she will find it hard to resist diving into them immediately. She also enjoys playing computer games and listening to all kinds of music.

She comes from Brno, where she also studied Accounting and Taxes at Mendel University. She worked as a specialist in the finance department and has long been involved in the automation of accounting processes. She works at Navigo as a software tester. She is meticulous, reliable and has everything well organized. She applies the same standard to Navigo, and when she doesn’t find any errors in it, she comes up with new ideas and challenges.

She enjoys meeting friends, exploring new places, riding horses and constantly working on her development. In addition to English, she is also learning programming. (If you pass her testing, you can be sure that you are completely error-free!)

He comes from Lavičky, graduated in Information Technology in Economics and worked as a game developer. He is a programmer at Navigo and IT technology is a big hobby of his outside of work. He also uses his skills for charitable projects with the Haima organization. His strength is the perseverance and responsibility with which he approaches every task. Nothing ever upsets him. (Try it!)

He was born in Brno, where he is also studying mechatronics at the Technical University. He works as a front-end developer in Navigo, so every time you say that Navigo is user-friendly, points belong to Jakub.

His strength is his ability to name the hard-to-grasp problems and point out what others overlook. Interestingly, he worked in Navigo when he was a primary school pupil. In his free time he enjoys cycling, hiking, swimming, 3D modelling and board games. (And when we’re good, he even bakes us a cake.)

He comes from a small village near Breclav, he graduated in Informatics at the Faculty of Informatics of Masaryk University in Brno. His work as a frontend developer at MADFINGER Games inspired him so much that he focused his further studies on computer games. He joined Navigo to develop the Navigo3 web application. He can quickly and independently solve a wide range of problems and can always be relied upon, which is why he was entrusted with the development of the integration of external systems into Navigo.

In his spare time he enjoys reading fantasy, riding his motorcycle, or developing computer games. He is a musician and enjoys participating in traditional costume festivities. He enjoys trying new things, can adapt to new situations and bring meaningful solutions to many problems. (Try to surprise him!)
