We are committed to ensuring that your personal data and the data you enter into Navigo and Supplemental Solutions, including the personal data of your clients, is safe and secure. You, as the Customer, agree that we have your personal data and that we will handle it. This includes, but is not limited to: name, title, home address, email address, telephone number (hereafter we will refer to all together as “personal data”).
You do not have to worry about us using your personal information outside of Navigo Solutions. We will only use it for the sole purpose of fulfilling everything we have committed to you in the Contract and for what we are entitled to under our Contract. We will also use them to send you important information and business communications. We therefore rely on the information you have provided when you register and manage it in your user account to be true and correctly entered. If anything changes in your personal data, you must inform us as soon as possible. We may delegate the processing of your personal data to someone else, i.e. a third party, as a processor. However, this still means that your personal data will be treated in the way we undertake.
We will store and process your personal data indefinitely. We will handle it electronically in an automated or non-automated way or in hard copy in a non-automated way.
Access to your clients’ personal data is strictly selective for our employees and is only conditional on you being able to use Navigo3 and Supplementary Solutions.
You hereby confirm that the personal data you have entrusted to us is accurate and that you know from us that it is a voluntary provision of personal data. You also confirm that you have been informed that you can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data against us. You must do this in writing and send it to our registered office address.
If you believe that we are mishandling your personal data and your data, i.e. that we are acting in violation of the protection of your private and personal life or in violation of the law, and if your personal data is inaccurate or insufficient with respect to how we process it, you can ask us for an explanation or ask us to correct the matter. In particular, you can request that your personal data be blocked, rectified, completed or destroyed. If, in light of what we state here, we consider your request to be justified, we will rectify the error without delay. If we do not comply with your request, you have the right to contact the Data Protection Authority directly. Of course, despite this provision in our Terms, you may contact the Data Protection Authority directly with your complaint without first asking us.
If you request information about the processing of your personal data, we are obliged to provide you with this information. As providing such information involves costs for us, we will ask you to pay for them. However, you do not need to worry, they do not exceed the minimum necessary items for providing the information.
We also expect that you agree to receive our business communications and information related to our products, services or company at your email address.
