Capacity Plan
Thanks to the Capacity Plan, you can plan the workload of your employees efficiently. The capacity plan is created automatically based on how project managers allocate work to employees.
In the capacity plan, you can see which employees are currently available or when they are due to complete their work, and you can assign more to them. You can immediately see who you can assign an unplanned task to.
You can filter the capacity plan by different criteria, for example by employee group. Navigo can take into account irregular working hours or absence from the workplace due to illness or vacation, for example, when creating a capacity plan. This makes the planning of employee workload more accurate.
