Journal and Mail

The journal serves to keep information related to your projects, clients or specific people. You can keep minutes of meetings, record what was agreed when, at what stage of the negotiations, how the meetings went, or various internal and external communications.

You can easily create and enter tasks in Navigo based on your Journal entries. It will also give you quick interchangeability between employees. You can set different levels of privacy in the Journal. By seeing the latest Journal entries on the Dashboard or the Project Overview, you always know what the current status is.

A special type of Journal is Mail, where you can keep track of all correspondence delivered to your mailbox or in printed form.
