Directing category
In Navig, it is possible to define that a document or part of it, i.e. individual items, are overhead for received invoices and for all cash register items. These overhead items can then be sorted into so-called. directing categories. This allows similar items to be grouped into sub-categories, giving a detailed overview of the total overhead costs.
You can set the overhead categories completely individually according to your needs and thus ensure that you have an overview of the overhead cost structure. So you will, for example. immediately see the cost of a car, office operations or employee benefits.
Overhead categories make it easier for management to easily identify which overhead costs are most burdensome to the company.
