Invoices

In our information system it is possible to keep records and work with received and issued invoices. Invoices can be created directly in Navigo, or we can integrate your accounting system with Navigo. This accurate record keeping gives you control over the matching of invoices between project and accounting. Invoices in Navigo make it easier to get control of your company’s cash flow and payment terms.

For invoices received Navigo allows you to distinguish between invoices that belong to overhead categories and those that belong as an invoice to a project and, within that project, to which subcontract. For invoices in Navigo, an approval process can be set up to ensure control over payments.

The invoices you plan to issue, on the other hand, may already be part of the project plan as planned income. When the project or part of it is completed, an invoice is issued in accordance with the planned income.
