Project completion status
Correctly determining the completion status of a project is an important factor in its successful management. Each company has its own process for determining completion status. Sometimes the completion status of a project can be accurately calculated, in other cases it must be estimated.
The project manager determines the completion status based on the information stored in the system, information from his team members and also from the client. The project director, who has a distance from the project, can often help determine the completion status.
