Project cost control

With Navigo you can control all the costs of each project. Smart tools such as gauges, reported work, subcontracting reports and EVM charts can help you do this.

On the gauges, you will also see a prediction of the future financial development of the project based on the data entered into Navigo by the employees. You can also use the automatically generated EVM chart to track the budget disbursement in relation to the project timeline and completion status.

Depending on how detailed you have planned your project financially, you can control the costs of subcontracts, the costs of your own work. The overhead rate is also automatically budgeted into the project costs, making the view of the depleted costs from a company-wide perspective completely realistic.
