Replacement for Center-Based Management

In larger companies and enterprises, it is customary to allocate expenses and income to individual centres. This process is often very time-consuming and administratively demanding, and often does not solve the problem of allocating service costs between the individual centres. An alternative to centre-based management is the use of Organisational Units in Navigo. The organizational units replace the complicated forwarding of documents and recharging of items from one centre to another.

To use this function, simply assign individual employees to a specific organizational unit in Navigo and the system automatically recognizes which department should be charged for their work. It also evaluates by itself what percentage a particular department contributed to the profit or loss of a project.

The organizational units allow you to compare individual departments or divisions with each other while providing an overview of the service departments’ share of project revenue and expenses.
