Utilization

Utilization is the ratio of reported time to working time. Utilization represents the fact that not all the time an employee spends at work is billable to the customer. This includes, for example, company-wide meetings, administrative tasks, etc.

Thanks to the use of utilization, it is not necessary to require employees to report 100% of their work and saves the administrative burden on employees. Utilization can be set for each employee according to the type of work they do.

Utilization is reflected in the capacity planning, which makes Navigo very accurate. It is also displayed in the reporting history and you can see whether or not employees are fulfilling their utilization. The cost of unreported time is included in the overhead rate, and it is also possible to compare attendance to time.
