Navigo for Employees
For employees, Navigo is set up to make it as easy as possible for them to work with and not burden them with functions they don’t need. At the same time, the use of Navigo by employees will facilitate the work of the economic and HR departments.
Depending on the work focus of a particular employee, different Navigo functionality can be made available to them so that they don’t have to burden themselves with features they won’t use.
In Navigo, the employee can always see what task they are supposed to work on and what the deadlines are, so they don’t have to keep track of tasks and deadlines in a private diary.
The most important function that employees will use is the very simple and convenient work reporting, which can be done in a few clicks, even from a mobile phone. Thanks to Navigo, the employee can also see how many hours he has already used on a given task and how many he has left. This leads to greater involvement in project management. This way, he can address, for example, the risk of not meeting the plan with the project manager in a timely manner, focusing on the essential part of the work and not dealing with less important details.
In Navigo, you can also keep a simple record of arrivals and departures, as well as keep track of absences from the workplace. Employees can also request approval for planned absences via Navigo. The approval process is already set up by the company management, the employee starts it in two clicks. He sees the notification of approval in the notifications.
If the company chooses, it can make some information available to the employee that will give them better insight into the status of projects without displaying financial indicators. For example, a graph of EVM displayed as a percentage. This can increase employee engagement.
