Navigo for HR Department
Navigo assists the HR department by allowing them to record a number of items and obtain important data for human resources work. This includes, for example, an overview of working hours and salary costs, the ability to monitor capacity, employee utilisation, control of work reporting or absence from the workplace.
For each employee (called user in Navig), it is possible to set and adjust the hourly rate and working hours at any time. From the capacity plan, which is generated automatically, HR staff or line managers can then identify the shortage or surplus of a particular workforce, and also monitor employee utilisation.
Navigo also allows clear and simple reporting of work, and at the same time works with utilization, i.e. the employee does not have to report every hour at work, which reduces the administrative burden on the company.
Thanks to the so-called organizational units, the assignment of individual employees within the company structure is visible. These OUs are used in many places in Navigo, for example to block already checked work reports for an entire department at the same time. If the company uses centre-based management, the organisational units will greatly facilitate the process or can replace it completely.
In Navigo, you can use the arrival and departure records, keep track of absences, and set up an efficient and fast approval process.
In small companies, where HR is merged with the economic department, a comprehensive basis for payroll is created.
