Navigo for the Economic Department
There are several ways of using Navigo within the company’s economic processes, but it always facilitates the work of economists and ensures greater control over finances and their flows.
In Navigo, you can keep track of invoices received and issued, and assign them to planned revenues and subcontracts in projects. If you set up a paid integration , you can transfer invoices from the accounting system to Navigo, or you can do the opposite – you can create invoices directly in Navigo and export them, or manually transcribe them into the accounting system. All these decisions are usually made by the company’s management in cooperation with the economic department before the company launches Navigo.
You can also track payment dates and compare your financial plan with reality. It’s very easy to get an overview of payments made and you’ll also have a quick overview of payments not received. You will also be able to alert project managers that they should have invoiced based on projected revenue but have not yet done so.
