Navigo3 at Omega Design

Petr Humlíček Case studies

Immediately after the launch of the first version of the system, we discovered that the company had shortcomings in the invoicing of work performed. For the same amount of work, turnover increased by a remarkable 20 percent month-on-month.

Navigo3 project-based ERP – Advertising agencies – Design, marketing, consulting

Problems solved

  1. extreme fluctuations of work
  2. insufficient division of responsibilities for individual projects
  3. inability to manage up to 600 very diverse orders per year, in several work groups
  4. lack of overview of subcontracting
  5. fragmentation of management outputs

What the deployment of Navigo3 has brought

  1. clear definition of responsibilities at the level of contract managers
  2. financial planning for own performance and subcontracting incl. their approval
  3. work planning for individual professions with an overview of budget spending by each employee
  4. convenient reporting of work with attendance information
  5. management of business opportunities, tenders and internal projects (minimizing waste of time and money)
  6. deployment of a simple, yet sufficient system for the advertising agency “from business opportunity to invoice”

Navigo3 deployment in Omega Design

Immediately after the launch of the first version of the system, we discovered that the company had shortcomings in the invoicing of work performed. For the same amount of work, turnover increased by a remarkable 20 percent month-on-month.

We then linked the timesheet to the attendance system to make it easier for staff and management to check entries.

After 16 years of use, Navigo3 is an essential tool for all company employees. It helps in conducting business meetings, during which it gives information about the volume of expected business opportunities, the amount of work in progress in current contracts or the risk of a bad financial result of some of them.

There are over 16,000 projects in Navigo as of 2017, and thanks to this “big” data, Omega Design can better estimate budgets and track trends in individual job types, among other things.
