How did the project plan evolve over time? Did the projectionist change the assignment you gave him? Someone accidentally changed the project and you don’t know how it was originally set up? All this and more will be revealed in the slides!

Snapshots is a feature that allows you to capture the progress of a project plan. You can easily compare individual snapshots with the current project status or with each other.
What specifically can we use the images for?
- We want to learn from previous projects and see what plan we started with and what we end up with.
- We want to check what changes the project manager has made to the project since the version we approved.
- We need to find a project on which someone has underbid the subcontract price by two orders of magnitude, thereby meaninglessly changing the KPIs of the entire company.
- We want to show the customer when and where significant changes occurred that affected the progress of the project.
View all sub-deliveries of a supplier in Gantt
If you open a Gantt chart over all projects ( Gantt button on the Projects tab), it is now possible to view only the subcontracts of one supplier. This helps if you’re trying to manage the capacity of individual (smaller) suppliers who don’t have their deadline promises completely under control 😉
The search takes place in three steps:
1. Select only projects on which the desired contractor is on.
2. Select that you only want to see sub-deliveries.
3. Filter only the subcontracts of the supplier.
