The course of Navigo3 deployment in HBH Projekt
Immediately after the launch of the basic system in 2012, the first staff training took place. Already during the test run we imported the most important data from the previously used system.
We then linked the timesheet to the attendance system to make it easier for staff and management to check entries. According to the client’s requirements, we programmed a module for mail management, which can now replace the expensive DMS solution. Over 2000 projects are managed in Navigo and we are currently working on linking Navigo3 and the accounting system.
