Navigo has a very simple and convenient work reporting system so that it does not burden the user. You can report in three clicks from your computer or mobile phone and from anywhere. From the data entered, a capacity plan is automatically created.

Navigo automatically creates a capacity plan based on the tasks assigned to employees. You can see who is currently available or when they will have the capacity to start working on a new task. You will also see the workload of employees with regard to their specialisation. It also allows you to efficiently address the professional requirements of the company.

Navigo has reporting rules set up so that employees are not able to report work they didn’t do or did on another project. Prevents reporting work on a completed project or task. It is not possible to report work back outside the allowed limit. Navigo blocks work reporting for closed months. Allows electronic approval of absences. It allows to distribute competences and use hierarchy. Control is exercised at the appropriate level of management, and top management is not burdened with subsidiary administration.
