Replacement of central management

This process can be very demanding from administrative and temporal point of view and it often does not solve the problem with the re-billing of service expenses between the resorts. Alternative to central management is using the Organizational units in Navigo. Organizational units replace complicated forwarding of the documents and re-billing of items from one resort to another.

All you need to do to use this function in Navigo is assigning some specific employees to an individual organizational unit and the system will automatically recognize the resort where the work of the employee should be accounted for. It also automatically calculates by how many percent the given resort participated on profit or loss of the given project.

Organizational units also allow us to compare individual departments or divisions among themselves and at the same time it gives us the overview of the service divisions share on profits and expenses of a project.
